The old factory buildings in the Finlayson area offer your business a unique operating environment in the district around Tammerkoski rapids. The buildings in the area have been granted the BREEAM In-Use environmental certificate. It is easy to get to the Finlayson area with your own car, on public transport, by bike or on foot. The central square and railway station are within walking distance. There are approximately 80,000 m2 of rentable space in the Finlayson Area, and the sizes of the premises range from ten to thousands of square metres. The buildings in the area are owned by pension insurance company Varma.
